# Walking / Running Calories Burned Based on MET

Using previous data from my article on MET Values to accurately calculate caloric burn (based on weight and other values) I have produced these formulas and respective calculator. Formulas were created using Quadratic Regression Analysis and produced a 0.99+ correlation to the raw data.
